Three Month Plan

I just recently came up with a three month plan - yup, three months! Just realized recently that I am not getting any younger, in fact next February... would be my last year in the calendar if you know what I mean. So I came up with several mini goals and I hope to accomplish all of these before the year ends...

First on my list is to go back to Church. For more than five years now, I've been living my life for myself . I've been living in sin and because of that, hid myself from the Lord. I want to straighten things out. I want to live for Him alone so I would take the first hardest step hopefully next week.

Second on my list is to lose 30 pounds. I've lost 15 lbs during my first three months of dieting and working out but it seems like my weight doesn't want to drop off anymore. My weight loss reached a plateau and it's getting harder and harder for me to shed it off. I just wish I could go to the gym at least 5 times a week.

Venus Raj Supporters

Oh my! This video is really funny, just proves how fanatic the Filipino Gay Community to beauty pageants such as the recently concluded Miss Universe 2010  are. I was shocked to see these gay people laughed and cried at the same time because of excitement when the host announced that Miss Philippines Venus Raj is one of the top 15 candidates. Felt na felt ng mga hitad ang mga kaganapan sa tv LOL. Kalurkey! For them and for the entire Filipino people, panalo ka pa rin Miss Venus Raj! It's just so unfortunate she wasn't able to give the best answer on the question and answer portion but nevertheless, we know you did your best and for most of  us, that would be enough.

Luneta Hostage Taking

I still can't get over the Quirino Grandstand Hostage Taking and whenever I recall what happened, I can't help but feel sorry for the family of the Hong Kong nationals who just came here in the Philippines just to have fun. The bus was supposed to take the tourists for a tour in Intramuros Manila when a uniformed man after the name Capt. Rolando Mendoza, dismissed police officer took over the bus in front of the Quirino Grandstand in Rizal Park. Capt. Mendoza took the tourists as hostages as he demanded to be reinstated with benefits to his previous post at the Manila Police District from which he had been dismissed for extortion in 2009. He also wants the ombudsman to change his decision from guilty to not guilty, in reference to his extortion case. I can't help but imagine myself being one of the hostages inside the bus as it could be anybody's ballgame. Just recently, me and my friends in the office are talking about our plans of going for a trip to Hong Kong next year - I can't help but wonder what if this thing happened in Hong Kong and we are the one's riding in that bus. I guess I would panic,

Back For Good

Wow, it's been almost a month since I last posted something here on my blog. It's been a crazy month for me, but good thing...I was able to finally move on. No blog entries means no moolah whcih means no savings which will be necessary for my upcoming retirement. I can't wait to finish my 5 years in the office so I could finally do whatever I want to do in my life. Actually, things are getting better in the office but I just can't bear working 5 days a week, I feel that it's too much. I guess once I retire from this job, I would try being a freelance product writer. I would try different industry and perhaps try my luck abroad. I would really love to leave it all and start anew. My life has always been a never ending square one but I am happy that there is always a chance for me to start over again. I promise myself that I would update my blogs at least once a day so I could get more product reviews but I would like to spare this site from sponsored posts. I am thinking of changing the subject of this blog but I am still in the process of deciding. There are a lot of things running through my mind and I am so excited to see those ideas materialize. Goodluck to me!

Changes

I've been out of the office for almost 8 days now because of sore eyes. In as much as I want to render OT, I still have this red thing in my eyes so I guess I won't be able to do that anymore. It's been quite boring since I've been out of the office. It's really sad being alone, I tend to recall all the good memories we had together. For almost 6 years he's been my kane... it's been like this for so long, I can't recall walking without it anymore. I guess I need to learn those baby steps again so I can go on with my life without him. I would try to go to the gym later so I could distract myself from thinking about him. I just hope my eyes would heal as soon as possible. Actually I don't even know if I still have sore eyes...maybe my eyes are still red because of crying.

I tried doing stuff I wasn't able to do before. I do now have the luxury of time writing! I can now do beading accessories and can now read those books I like to read. I can now go to the gym and hang out with friends anytime. It would be a drastic change I know but I need to go through this to be able to cope up with loneliness.

On Paid Posts

Ok ok, I've decided to delete most of those sponsored posts I've written here on my most favorite blog. I'm so sorry for those people who always visit the site but only sees entries that advertises a certain product or services. I've made a terrible mistake of writing ONLY for the purpose of money and I ask for your forgiveness. I would also like to apologize for not being able to answer some of your emails and comments lately for I have been busy with my personal life. Don't worry, I now have all the time in the world to post relevant entries and at the same time respond to your comments.

To those bloggers who have turned their backs away from me because of paid postings...I'm sorry...

And to the rest who still keeps on believing in me and my posts...thank you...

eto na ang pagbabalik ng emotera....

Bonding With The Family

I’m so happy that I was able to spend my Wednesday with my relatives. We went straight to my brother’s house in Antipolo City as he will treat us in a famous grill house near their place. I also enjoyed the day before that as my hubby played poker card with my brother in law and his mother and it was really an enjoyable night. Anyway, I was so happy to see my brother, his wife and my cute little nephew named Eddyson. That little boy is so hyper and I miss him so much. We arrived at exactly 1pm and just waited for a couple of minutes for my dear niece Joshua to arrive as its her birthday the day after that. We headed for the sizzling house at exactly 2 pm and I may say that the food is superb. It’s also kinda cheap compared to those famous grilling resto in Manila. For example, the sizzling tilapia only costs P150 and the sizzling seafood assorted costs only P270. We ordered crab rice, sinigang na baboy, sizzling seafood and tilapia, calamares and hototay soup. We became so full we can’t stand anymore. We joke around and reminisce about past experiences and I really miss this kind of bonding. There were akward moments regarding finances but things went well after that. Big brother paid for
